Barb was part of a nationally-ranked product liability group at a law firm included in the top 100 law firms in the nation. There Barb worked on several national mass tort and multi-district litigation cases for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Barb has experience in mass torts, medical device, asbestos, food law, consumer law, class action, personal injury, workers’ compensation and construction cases. Barb is eager to protect the rights and resolve the injustices faced by her clients.
Barb graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, J.D. (2014) in St. Paul, MN, and from Bemidji State University, B.S. in Business Administration (2011). She also received her paralegal certificate from Inver Hills Community College, A.S. (2001).
Barb is a member of the American Association for Justice. Barb is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Barb has done extensive pro bono work related to both housing and human rights issues. She was part of a trial team that won against a large Minneapolis landlord for improper maintenance and evictions of tenants. Barb was also part of a team that worked to create Minnesota human rights law regarding sexual trafficking. Barb was awarded the Faegre Baker Daniels Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award in 2016.
